Listening Sessions for Alliant 2011 Negotiations:  
Beginning in December 2009 and going through May 2010 we will start listening sessions as we prepare 
for the May 31, 2011 expiration of the agreement with Alliant. The meetings have a 2 hour agenda. 
There will be a 10 minute introduction followed by discussion on various negotiation topics including: 
Wages, Pension, Length of Agreement, Health Care, Premiums and Allowances, Seniority and Sick Leave.
The last ½ hour of the meeting will be an open discussion concerning other negotiations ideas. 
After the meeting, there will be time to discuss other non-negotiation topics.
