Dear Sisters and Brothers:

We are writing to clarify a few items and correct some misinformation given in update #22. First of all, as of right now Firsthealth is not guaranteed to be the administrator of the new EPO plan. On their website you probably won't find physicians covered by HMO's other than Dean Care. When the administrator is determined, they will provide coverage for the physicians currently covered by all of our HMO plans.

The Company is working right now to determine the best provider of that service and hopes to have that information solidified by our next session, which is still scheduled for September 12, 2003.

Second a little clarification for those employees that currently have Medical Plan B. That plan will still exist and the proposed PPO plan will also include the enhanced vision coverage and lower deductibles.
