Today, Thursday, February 5, 2004 our Committee met with the Company's Committee and the Federal Mediator to reconvene negotiations.

We received a proposal from the Company's Committee, which we then
countered with one from your Union Committee. Both Committees along with the Federal Mediator will reconvene tomorrow morning Friday, February 6,
2004.

Don't forget that we still plan on heading to Fond du Lac for
Informational Picketing this Saturday, February 7, 2004. The designated
picketing area will be near the F.O.C. building (formerly the Northern
Area Building). Parking will on public streets near the Fond du Lac
building.  The building is located on Scott Street.  Timeframe is from
9:00am to 12:00pm. More information will follow when details become
available.   We look forward to seeing you there!
