Negotiations resumed with the Company at the Alliant Headquarters on March 25, 27, and 28. We continued with:

In the Company’s court to respond back to the Union are:

C-1 (Eliminate Meals) Presented and discussed on 03/27.

C-11 (Genco Travel Rules) - On hold until Genco Travel Committee completes study.

C-18 (Eliminate Lead Pay) - Presented and discussed on 03/20. Continued discussion on 03/25. Union countered with U-21.

C-25 (Chief Steward Meetings) – Presented on 03/20 and discussions continued on 03/27 and 03/28.

U-3 (Successor Language) – There was much discussion on this with no resolve. Still on the table.

U-9 (Additional Assistant Business Manager Benefits) - Presented on 03/20. Discussions continued on 03/27 and 03/28.

U-12 (Storm Duty Expense) - Brought to the table on 03/20.

U-21 (Lead Pay) – Counter proposal to C-18 on 03/25.

U-25 (All Other Premiums) – Presented and discussed on 03/27. Company will discuss at final package time.

U-28 (Safety Toe Footwear) – Presented and discussed on 03/27.

U-29 (Walking Shoes) – Presented and discussed on 03/27.

U-31 (Relocation Benefits) – Presented and discussed on 03/27 and again on 03/28.

In the Union’s Court to respond back to the Company are:

C-7 (24.9 Gloving) – Presented and discussed on 03/27.

C-9 (Monitoring Calls at CSC) – Presented on 03-04. Further discussion took place on 03/18. A manager and the Chief Steward of the CSC appeared on 03/25 to clarify the current process.

C-15 (4 Shift to 5 Shift) – Presented and discussed on 03/20 and again on 03/27.

C-17 (Create Lead Line Tech) – Presented and discussed on 03/20 and again on 03/27.

C-26 (Grievance Procedure) – Presented and discussed on 03/20. Additional discussion took place again on 03/28.

U-8 (Article IV 1.25 to 2.50) – Presented and discussed on 03/20. Additional discussion took place on the 03/27.

U-17 (Sick Leave Offset) – Presented and discussed on 03/27.

U-18 (Death of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, and Nephews) – Presented and discussed on 03/27. Company presented language on 03/28 for the Union to review.

U-19 (Pallbearer) – Presented and discussed on 03/20. Company presented language on 03/28 for the Union to review.

U-20 (Article XXVII) – Presented and discussed on 03/27 and discussion continued on 03/28.

U-24 (Certified Welding Premium) – Presented and discussed on 03/27. The Company presented language on 03/28 for the Union to review.

U-32 (Plant Safety Coordinator) – Brought to the table on 03/27 and discussed on 03/28.

U-37 (Wisconsin State AFL-CIO Health Care Plan) A presentation was given by David Newby on Tuesday, March 25th.

U-14 (Increase Payment to Travel Rule Policy and Eliminate True-up Method)

C-5 (Weekend Requirement)
