Tony Bartels: I am currently Business Manager and Financial Secretary for Local 965.  I served as Assistant Business Manager from November 1998 to March 2007.  I was President of the Union from July 1992 to November 1998.  I also served on the Executive Board and have been Chief Steward and Unit Chairperson.  I started at Wisconsin Power & Light in September 1987. Prior to WP&L, I worked for Ariens Corporation from June 1985 to December 1987 and Peters Electric in 1985.
